Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama ensures the sweeping of the General Policy for City Budget Priorities and the Tentative Budget Platform (KUA-PPAS) has been completed. But, he still does not know how much budget successfully swept within the approximately 11 days.

In the past KUA-PPAS drafting took 2 months then City Budget signed as there's no number

"It's done that's why I came earlier just want to meet The Jakarta Development Planning Board (Bappeda). I don't know how much it's swept, they got overtime last night," said Ahok at City Hall, Monday (11/30).

He claimed KUA-PPAS 2016 is different with the last previous years. Because during the discussion this time has inserted unit price. So that its concept is similar with 2015 City Budget.

He told that by inserting number on KUA-PPAS, then RAPBD discussion will be shorter. If today it is signed, then it takes only 3-4 days. "In the past KUA-PPAS drafting took 2 months then City Budget signed as there's no number," he explained.

In future, he continued, KUA-PPAS discussion will be like this year so that it could be faster for city development. In fact, service and goods purchase on e-catalog can already be conducted after KUA-PPAS signatory.

"Once KUA-PPAS is signed, we can already order the goods through e-catalog through LPSE," he disclosed.

But for auction process, there should be some components drafted first.

"For the auction indeed there are some components we have to draft until knock the hammer of City Budget. Well we'll work faster, the process in January-February will be faster," he stated.
